HIBS's greatest asset is our teaching faculty and staff. Our teachers and staff represent 6 different nationalities with experience in international education across the globe. Unlike many other international schools, the majority of our foreign teachers and staff can speak another foreign language besides English, such as Russian, Turkish, and Vietnamese. This gives our students a true inter-cultural experience making HIBS an ideal learning environment.

Our teachers hold bachelor and/or master degrees in their respected fields from international universities including Turkey, the US and Canada. On-campus professional development training and workshops are conducted often to help our teachers improve their pedagogical knowledge and skills.
